Amazon Complaint

What Amazon did:
Amazon constantly says they “guarantee” two-day delivery for Prime members, but they constantly fail to provide it.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Stop lying and using the word “guarantee” for delivery when they consistantly fail to do so.
