What Cash App did:
Tropical Smoothie Cafe charged 14 something using my cash app card information several days after I went there to buy two smoothies- one for myself and one for my daughter. I locked my card info and called the manager saying it was a fraudulent charge. They said for me to contact Cashapp and when I did, they told me to talk it out with TSC. Both of them refused to help me and I was so upset even if 14 is not much. It is the principle that I care about. I entered an agreement with Cashapp like I did any other bank cards expecting adequate customer service but I did not get that- not from TSC either. That occurred about two years ago.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
