What Chime Bank did:
Chime did not investigate my dispute correctly. They disregarded evidence showing I was incarcerated. They showed little to no remorse and decided to close my account instead of giving me back the funds that were stolen. I provided them with a case number from my local police department which was Cocoa Police Department.
I provided dates specific to my incarceration and provided other bank statements of where and who the money went too. I believe I am entitled to that money because it was money given to me from the father of my child through the Department of revenue child support enforcement. Chime disregarded the fact that the evidence was letting them know the names of who stole my money.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
