DoorDash Complaint
What DoorDash did:
I had issues with receiving my pay. I called to receive support for this issue, and was told that I needed to wait 24 hours. When I asked where I could find that information, I was told “nowhere”. After having that conversation, I noticed that I no longer received any dashes to complete, when the area was very busy, which is not normal. My experience made me feel retaliated against for my constant complaints about my wages. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that I would be transferred to one, and was only transferred to another associate.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
