What Charter Spectrum did:
I have been misinformed and handled.wrong at a spectrum store in Cape Girardeau,MO. I live in Ohio and ordered a Iphone 14 to be shipped to my apartment on Oct. 13. However, the company sent it to my home at a earlier date and I was not aware of it. My neighbor is getting my regular mail and noticed ups sign. So, I had company send phone back to spectrum. While visiting Missouri I visited local spectrum store and debated doing a trade in and get newer phones. So, I wanted Galaxy S22 ultra 256 GB, but salesman kind of refused my wants and insisted on a sale for regular Galaxy S22 128 GB and my other phone upgrade i wanted was phone 14, but store said rarely get them in stock. So, salesman insisted on me getting Iphone 13 pro 128GB i didn’t like it and they only had a exchange for iphone13promax 256gb. There is no insurance added , which I do need for both and I was ri
pped off.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
