What Chime Bank did:
i had multiple (23) unauthorized purchaces on my account over the month of august, total was only $223.09. and many denyed attempts due to insufficient funds. made a claim, and claim was denied within 3 hours. they found no issues. it took longer to make the claim than to deny it. i feel it was not investigated, im certian of the fraud, it was late at night on a saturday, and length of the investigation dont fit.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
