DoorDash Complaint

What DoorDash did:
I canceled an order and contacted them the minute I did it. I was told I had to wait 14 days which it’s been almost three weeks now and I have yet to receive my money about my canceled order I have contacted them on multiple basis and now that I have today they’re telling me that they can’t do anything about it.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
