ADT Claim for Compensation

What ADT did:
You cannot reach them by telephone any day of the week. Any time you call the wait time is one hour to an hour and a half to speak to them. Have had their service for years and reporter the camera not working and the alarm system not working. To no avail.

I am seeking for my system to work. But I cannot even contact them to tell them that.
