ADT Claim for Compensation
What ADT did:
In 2021 I had ADT come to my home to install a security system that day I received a bill and I paid that bill promptly on the date of July 27th 2021 I paid the bill in full a total of over $3,400 I have received since then more than 20 emails saying that I still owe that amount of money I have proof for my bank that the cashier’s check was cashed by ADT services for the full amount therefore they have been paid in full and continue to harass me for payment even though I have emailed them and called them to tell them that what they are doing is harassment and that I would be taking them to court if the issue was not resolved I can provide emails and documents from my bank as proof also as a footnote I did not subscribe to monitoring services from ADT the only thing I did was purchase a security system and pay for installation so they should not be charging me anything because I no longer have any services with them the only thing I did was purchase the equipment and have it installed
I believe that due to the ongoing harassment I have endured for more than one year from ADT that they should be forced to pay back the money that I paid to them as they have caused me undo emotional and mental anguish
