ADT Claim for Compensation
What ADT did:
Installed the system 1/27/21and the first time it went off 2-21I could not turn off. Requested ADT to shut off they said No
When I returned from my trip 3/21I replugged the system in and the system did not work as the original batteries were bad.
They sent one and the system never worked
They also promised to send a tech to show my spouse Tina who lives at the house how to use it they never did .
Paid approximately 1500 for equipment
I called for a tech to come No tech
After 10 months of no service and I paid them I stopped paying them to get their attention.
They said if I paid I would get repaired . 10 months later they have filed for collection, caused my credit score damage and caused me to seek another protection service.
I paid them for the equipment and a year of monitoring with effectively No monitoring .
I paid charge for the equipment .
