Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
I traveled across the country to see my sister for a night. After spending money driving here, the room was already booked. I received no help from airbnb or refund for the $400, which was a surge price for the location. In addition to the $400 I had to spend on emergency housing after wandering for hours waiting for help.
