Airbnb Claim for Compensation
What Airbnb did:
I booked a Airbnb location and had to cancel due to a unforeseen situation out of my control. It’s AIRBNBs policy to refund 100% of costs for anything the guests received for not being able to travel. I tried to hard to prove this and Airbnb confined to refuse. They told me to file a claim with the insurance I got through them and that they have to cover it but they denied it. I am claiming fair amounts to cover the cost of the Airbnb and costs to rebook another trip to compensate the time I spent arguing with Airbnb support. I also am demanding they cover all costs for fairshakes fees.
