Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
September 10th night time I arrived to Miami and decide to book something thru Airbnb for 2 nights. When the host decide give us the info for check in everything was odd, like saying we cant bring luggage to the place, putting our stuff in plastic bags, don’t mention Airbn just visiting friends, we can’t have keys for the place, that sounds like was something illegal so we decide to cancel the reservation within 20 min talking to him and he said don’t worry, please cancel and next morning he will call Airbn for refund. After the next morning he never answer again. So we decide talk with support about this issue and they never helped us. For $300 only refunded $80.
