What Airbnb did:
I have not been harmed financially but they locked me out of my account and claim to be doing something but nothing has been done. All they did is communicate thru email and facebook that they are aware of the problem. In addition, after receiving my Passport and webcam ID and photos, they told me I could access the account but that is not true.
I want them to stop locking customers out of accounts without telling them why. The only reason they responded to me is because I posted my complaint on Facebook. Otherwise, there is no way to communicate with them. They have a HELP section but it not responsive to this problem.
