Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
I rented a room with a tub next to room and fenced back yard. Tub and toilet out in yard. Big hole (double car size) in fence. Having no idea, 15 days into my stay, police showed and gave me one hour to gather all my things and leave the property even though I prepaid in full for 45 days. This was almost exactly one years ago.
