Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
Air cover was not honored as guest Book the unit under another account and Hosted an event With over 35 persons
The home was full of smoke in all three bedrooms and all common areas the cost to clean from the heavy smoke in order was over $2500

I’ve contacted Airbnb over six separate times and no one has responded or followed up on my claims
