American Express Claim for Compensation

What American Express did:
American Express keeps closing my accounts over and over and I explain to them a million times I didn’t apply for a previous credit card that was opened on October 2020 and they tagged that as a fraudulent application and now they restore the delta sky miles credit card 4 times and as of today October 11 2022 it was cancelled and they keep transferring me to dept to dept for hours and nobody isn’t helping me at all and there collections dept is not answering my calls

Want my account restored and the fraudulent account removed
