American Express Claim for Compensation
What American Express did:
On October 92th 2022, I was informed by American Express that my account had been cancelled, (this is a Delta Platinum account that I have had for 27 years (ending in ********) and that has more than 157,000 on it. No reason was provided but since I did have a balance due, I paid it (More than $1200.) A small while later I received an email message from AMEX that an additional account that I have with them a Bonvoy American Express card (with over 313,000 miles accrued) was also cancelled. No credible explanation has been provided and I have repeatedly tried to contact multiple departments to try and get to the bottom of this. I am a devoted, dedicated American Express customer and in addition have a large Bank account with them as well. I feel I have no where else to turn. Please help.

I would like both of my accounts restored and no negative credit action taken on my credit report, which presently (as of this writing) is ********, which clearly indicates how diligent and responsible I have been with my credit and and credit management over the years.
