What AT&T did:
Around July 26, 2020 I signed up for wireless services. I was told I could buy an iPhone 11 I would get one 50% off. I never received that promotion. Around My 21, 2021 I was offered buy one Apple Watch get one free I am being billed for both too. I cant change my billing dates. So, I am told to schedule payment arrangements for the 1st of every month every month. When I do they suspend my services due to failure to pay. They say they have no record of me calling to schedule, and want me to pay. I receive emails offering 50% off up to $250 off my past due. I only received about 25% off. I also believe I was over charged between July and December 2021.
Im not sure exactly how much I am owed. The bills are hard for me to read with voiceover for the blind.
