What AT&T did:
I was at home and a att door rep came offered service I qualified and for 2 iPhone 13 pro and paid for them and the activation fee and the sales rep name Troy activated one of them with a android he said just to get the process going and stated he would be back with my phones bc they don’t ride with them on them .. so he was going to the office and get it.. well he never came back left me with a Crack android phone and still haven’t received any thing and paying a bill I don’t have one phone for and the other for a cracked android phone I was charged for 2 13 pro.. spooked with manager he stated he sorry and would take care of it.. I have a active account and paid a bill of 307.00 and still don’t know where the other line I have with no phone is working to.. and manager pulled it up stated he was sorry gunna refund me all my money and make it right everything I call he never answer.. the main line always stated they gunna mail my products but lied this happened 09/12/22..
