Coinbase Claim for Compensation
What Coinbase did:
I’ve been locked out of my account for months for no reason. Finally, I spent an hour on the phone with a Coinbase support person who tried to reinstate my account. He then told me I would have to create a new account and then email back in 48 hours and they would transfer the balance to the new account. Since then, all calls to Coinbase say they are “escalating the situation” and can’t elaborate on when the balance transfer will happen. I cannot access my funds.
