What DirecTV did:
I have a paper bill here saying that we only owe $10.58. I have spoken with several people about this and everyone is saying something different. Two people I spoke with told me that we only owe $10.58 for TV and $68 for Internet. Now even though I have this paper bill saying the same thing they are still saying we owe $224 and something. I made a payment of $156 and something on the 30th of September and one man I spoke with this morning told me that that payment went towards my June bill. Now I know that’s not true because here it is October and he’s saying we owe for June. We have been customers with DirecTV for many years and we really don’t want to go to another but lately it’s been one thing after another with them. August and September our service was disconnected and when they realized it was a glitch or something on them they turned it back on.
