DirecTV Claim for Compensation
What DirecTV did:
I am experiencing interrupted service 30% of the time with no weather issues on my tv.
I am asking for $100 credit to my bill. I pay my bill on time for $207 every month. This is unacceptable. The problem is chronic and should not occur.
