What DirecTV did:
TV Box not working. Customer Service online agents kept us on phone for total of 3+ hrs trying to tell us how to resolve issue. Nothing multiple agents advised worked. Finally they said Box giving “bad” signal. Sent us new box arrived 1 1/2 weeks. Didn’t work! Our TV was going in and out requiring constant resetting. We arrived home from vacation to new box not working My husband spent 1+ hrs of his time that he had dedicated to Work From Home. Nothing! We were advised to get Direct TV app while awaiting an agent to come out in 3 Days. No one available sooner. Could not get DIRECTV app on either of our phones, IPad or computer after countless hours of trying. My husband and son lost work hours and stress and I lost valuable time and stress also. UNACCEPTABLE from a Business we have been loyal to/paying on time for 7+ years
