What DirecTV did:
DirectTV forces you to prepay your bills. And once the bill has been posted-it CANNOT be changed or even prorated to reflex and adjustments. We wanted to cancel our service-effective immediately-and they would not reimburse any funds. Basically forcing you to pay for services that you’re not wanting or needing. ALSO, there is NO email address to write a formal complaint. Nobody to contact via email. Only a physical address to mail a letter-again, making you pay to deal with them. Super shady business practices.
