DISH Network Claim for Compensation

What DISH Network did:
In 2009 or 2010 i Called Dish Network to Establish Service. Was told a Technician would be at my Residence in a day. They charged me $125.00 someone would be there between 8am and 12 noon. No one ever showed up. They were Supposed to be there the next day. Again another $125.00 removed from my Checking account . Again no one Shown up.
When I called again to get my money back. They said there’s nothing I can do.
