Expedia Claim for Compensation
What Expedia did:
Return flight, all nippon airways denied me to check in because of 19 hours layover in japan. they said call expedia as they cant change the ticket. they closed the check in counter while i was on the phone for 30 mins with expedia and expedia knew it but somehow there was no report. for months i tried contacting expedia, all they do is lie and run me around. i got a case number 122588804 for itinerary num 72329674961232. same thing everytime i contact them. nobody written any report and i had to explain over and over again. after explaining each of the agent will say ok we will wait for the airline and we will contact you tomorrow or 72 hours. but they never contact me back.
