Expedia Claim for Compensation

What Expedia did:
Booked a package vacation to the Bahamas, made sure the hotel is 16 minutes drive from the airport only to find out that the Hotel is in a different island that requires a flight, after spending 2 hours on hold the taxi driver rub money out of my hands I start screaming some people came to help Expedia do not want to take responsibility and I’m going to make them take responsibility.
