What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I purchased phone on September 23 2022 and have had no ability to make calls and or text msgs. I cannot receive them either. Phone itself keeps dropping and or ending calls everytime I try placing call. Lady charged me $152.75 without giving receipt. It only shows I paid 78.25 in account. She told me phone would not work without most expensive 60$ plan, which I paid for. She offered me her, employee discount. I called customer service representative, I talked to Mark. Whom told me to go back to store and get full refund. I tried and they told me no, because of metro policy no refund, but representative told me T mobile has refund policy, which they are a representative store, of. I tried calling back and another representative told me to go back to store and they will exchange phone, due to manufacturer defect.
