They said we could switch back to other carriers without a contract without termination fee or contract. Locked my phone and wouldn’t unlock for 180 days. Had to buy a new $900 phone from Verizon because this is how I conduct my 3 business’s and my wife has cancer and that’s how we get notice from MDA hospital when her treatments and surgeries are
