Optimum Claim for Compensation
What Optimum did:
I ordered an installation for 9/3/2022 after taking the day off and waiting all day and night no one ever showed up. This happened again on 9/8/2022,9/12/2022,9/15/2022,9/24/2022, and now left with a date of 9/23/2022. So far I’ve lost 5 days of work at a total cost of 1200 before tax. My wife stayed home two day at a list of 350 before. This is not including the 100 plus called we made and was lied to by sales rep, supervisor and the whole work. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company like this in my life
