What Optimum did:
On 9/14/22 I was supposed to get 1 GIG internet only,$100
free visa card, and the cost for fiber optic should be 64.99.
I got 300 mgbs, no $100 visa card, computer very slow, & will pay $74.99 a month. Customer service did nothing.
My first bill was $56 but every bill after that will be $74.99.
It is called bait and switch. I can not get ripped off each month
