Optimum Claim for Compensation
What Optimum did:
Iam continuelly having problems with my internet servic since Optimum replaced Suddenlink.I am paying for maximum speeds and am only getting 1/4 speeds or less.Sometimes I lose service for 9-10 hours a day and this is nearly every day.I am getting no help woth customer service with this issue.Within the next few days if this issue isn’t resolved I intend to call the Attorney Geneeral of the state of Texas and look into fraudelent activities by this company.
