Optimum Claim for Compensation
What Optimum did:
on 9/18/2022, Optimum Mobile took $607.50 from my Chase bank account without my permission. I put in several escalated tickets to get this resolved like 1480895 and 1531859. My account number is #********. So Optimum took 607.50 out of my account immediately and yet its taken over a month now and I still haven’t gotten the money back and I need to pay my rent and cant.
