PayPal Claim for Compensation

What PayPal did:
On October 5, 2022, my business account with was closed without any detailed explanation:

“You can no longer use PayPal

“After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it.

“As a result, we can no longer offer PayPal services to you.

“Any bank or credit card information that’s linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be added to another account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money.

“If you have funds in your PayPal balance, it will be held for up to 180 days. After that, we’ll email you with information on how to access your funds.”

Naturally I was curious as to why but was scrambling to create alternative payment methods although I did have a Stripe account with my website. I immediately downloaded the remaining funds in my Vaccination Liberation account which was NOT closed by PayPal, an account I have had since 2000.

On October 6 at 2:22 AM PayPal forwarded two receipts that were paid using my PayPal account. One was a legitimate business transaction that was recent and the other one was a purchase of educational items and Christmas cards on November 21, 2021. The website I purchased from was developed by a former investigative reporter turned author and everything on the website is well documented (easily verified through the normal channels of research) so there can be no “proof” of me purchasing misinformation with the intent of spreading “misinformation”… of maybe disinformation and misinformation have two different legal meanings? I am currently out $158.98 which seems like a small amount but for a widow whose main source of funds is from her small business, it is a lot of money.

But the worse of it is yet to come. They have hijacked my credit card and my debit card so that I have to change these, too. I have been working with an overseas company that sells a product I find extremely helpful and understand its value or I wouldn’t be selling it. The company is dealing with many countries internationally and uses PayPal for all their transactions. In order to purchase this item for a customer who pays me with a check, I am unable to put money on my account via PayPal. In other words, when I have tried to use a friend’s computer using their Paypal account OR another friend without a PayPal account, PayPal bots recognize my debit card and credit card numbers and immediately halt the transaction.

So this is the real damage inflicted at this point. This has basically put aspects of my business on hold. And I have people who want to order this product and they have to purchase their first order through a distributor which would be me in this case.

I have all the documentation from my saved emails and will provide any other information you may need.

The first two boxes don’t fit what I want. I want my balance in my account – $158.98 less what your fee is. I want to CLOSE out my TWO accounts and never do business with them again.
