What Sprint did:
1. Sprint charged me monthly for service and for a plan on a vehicle internet device that never worked from the beginning of when I got it from the store.
2. I repeatedly called Sprint to get a resolution and for many years, they never resolved anything. They never gave me my money back either.
3. When I finally closed my account with Sprint and moved to another phone company after 18 years, they continued to charge me even though I was no longer using their service. I also, never got that money back.
