Sprint Claim for Compensation

What Sprint did:
After bringing my account current paying the full amount 2xs a month sprint turnt my phone off and refuse to analyze my bill in which is 315.64 due on the 23rd of each month . Sprint over charges me monthly at 642.17.

I missed September 23rd payment and paid the total amount on October 2nd of 315.64
