T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I was charge on my credit from someone stealing my information without knowing. Then when it comes to my bill noone has explain why each month im being over charged.I only been with the company 1year im really in shock especially being a big corporation in telecommunications industry I already a victime of identity theft in a world thats scamming and untrustworthy.I want this resolved ASAP with a new service
