T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What T-Mobile did:
We were not informed our phones were “locked” and on contract so we cannot port our numbers. They also did not inform us the BOGO deal was also a trap to keep us tied to them for 24 months. If you leave T-MOBILE you have to pay for the supposed “free” phone. Due to me being totally disabled, I can get free phone service but T-MOBILE is stopping me from accessing this service due to being locked into a 24 month contract by deception
We would like T-MOBILE to do the right thing and unlock our phones and allow porting of our numbers. We will gladly pay our remaining installments on our phones.
