T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I’ve had three different senior account support specialist schedule times for me to receive a call back to help me figure out the cost of canceling my service and none of them ever get back to me. This is been taking all week five days and nobody can help me. I recorded the conversations where they promised if I could give them one more day they would waive all equipment charges and allow me to take my hardware to a different provider or if they resolve problem satisfactory they would waive the equipment charges for me to stay. Nobody ever calls me back I still don’t know what it’s going to cost if I terminate my service with them

They are promised to waive balance on my equipment if I could give them time to solve my problem and wait for them to call me back. Three days in a row I’ve had to call to follow up in three days in a row I was told by different representatives they would definitely call me back this time. Nobody ever calls me back I still don’t know how to cancel my service because I don’t know how much I will owe them. I’ve been recording the phone conversations
