T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What T-Mobile did:
I was calling customer service to apply for the acp program the rep. Offered me a refund on my monthly bill , I was refunded and very happy to receive that a week later I learned that my bill was past due they then added that bill to my new bill, there was no way I could make it I spent over 8 hours with customer service trying to resolve this unrequested refund , finally I quit tmobile because they threatened and did suspend my service. I found it incomprehensible that I couldn’t speak to someone from mainland u.s. to try to resolve this. It cost me my credit history score to plumet 1400.00 which is incollections
