T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I got 3 phones 1 iphone,2 Samsung s22’s & a home internet device from them on 7/21/22 they would not would not get a signal,when we got them they said they could be returned within 14 days to get a full refund.the next day the 22nd I took them all back to the store they took the iphone back but for some unknown reason their system wouldn’t let me return the rest have called T-Mobile customer service & went to store many times to resolve this now I get collection agency letter.also a bill for $424.56
