What T-Mobile did:
I have a suspended Business account with T-Mobile due to the bill. I returned a phone to your equipment center and now customer care is refusing to give me credit for the phone. It doesn’t appear that they plan on returning the phone to me either. I need the credit I was promised applied to my account for the returned phone or return my phone to me.
