Venmo Claim for Compensation

What Venmo did:
Received 2 payments from friends for our Air BnB on 9/21. Tried to transfer the money to my bank account on 9/21 and venmo froze my account. They said I violated a policy, but won’t tell me what policy was violated. They have since stopped communicating and said they would hold my money for up to 180 days.
