What Verizon Wireless did:
I flew to turkey 03/24/2022 didnt get text or phone service until 06/2022 i filed a complaint 30 times about the service nothing was done i flew to lebanon due to the condition in lebanon there was no service i was told by verizon i would have to pay down my bill in order to get service it was all a lie i filed a complaint 45 times requested to check my usuage it wasnt possible to use service verizon blocked me from using my phone even whats app i couldnt use the country is in despair and my service for 3 months was blocked by verizon i couldnt pay my bills contact my family i received a text message stating the rates in lebanon but there was no service due to the conditions in lebanon the service was restricted verizon said pay and we will remove the block my safety and life was in danger and i told verizon this they didnt care i was overcharged in turkey and lebanon i will be going to the media to expose verizon my life was at risk and all they wanted was money account #******** i would like my account to be paid in full 1900.00
