Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation
What Verizon Wireless did:
Verizon Wireless is trying to charge back a $500 promo because my service was canceled in 11 months instead of 12 even though I cashed in and ask what I would owe if I canceled my service. I was told I would only owe my device payoff. I switched because I was having trouble with there service. They claimed the service issues were due to some towers being upgraded to 5G.
