Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Wireless did:
I get disability and I took a chance in paying taxes for a phone that they claim was out of stock. They provided me with a loaner phone until shipment came on the phone I originally wanted to get. The customer service representative messed up the order and got my account all messed up. The customer representatives were very rude and judged me based on my voice and sexual preference! I feel horrible and I really needed the money I spent for other reasons I want my money back and I want them to pay for the amount I was approved for 500$ I really want to reach out to a lawyer and sue their customer service team I was treated horribly they tricked me multiple times like they were lowering the bill plus the want me to pay to ship back the device! They added on a down payment of 600$ to my account in order for me to get the same phones I was just approved for for free so I am asking for that amount they tried to steal from me because of sexuality discrimination this contract is fraudulent
