Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation
What Verizon Wireless did:
Got a contract back in December 2021. My wife was an upgrade which should of been free and I was a new customer which according to thier website i should of been free also. Which was also told that it was buy one get one free. Well i am paying for both phones. I am ready to cancel the contract and switch to a different company. Then my payment wasnt suppose to come out until November 14 well they took it out on Oct 24 and overdrafted my bank accou nt again and i believe they should have to reimburse me for not only 900.00 for a phone but also 75.00 to my bank account.
