Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Wireless did:
We signed up for plans while never told about charges to switch over they were hidden and never presented by sales.

We have been told of promos we never received and I have had to spend all day on the phone many times and they do not follow through or apply the promos

We applied for a new phone and they keep giving the runaround presumably to delay it so they can charge us for the phone

I have to spend 6 hours every time I call them

I want the promos promised to me 800 dollars credit and I want the “activation fee” waived
