What Verizon Wireless did:
Upon changing out my Tracfone SIM Card (they bought Tracfone) at their insistence and because it finally failed, they deleted half a YEAR of PAID-for service, 22,000 Talk Minutes, 33,000 text minutes and 2.36 GB of data DESPITE all agents telling me my account and minutes would be the “same” and “safe”. I’ve spent HOURS on both the SIM card issue and my minutes issue. VERIZON is TRASH and I want EVERYONE to know how bad it is.
$400 IS NOTHING IN EXCHANGE for my year of service and for my MINUTES and TEXT which I had ACCUMULATED FOR YEARS AS A TRACFONE CUSTOMER – NOT TO MENTION THE HOURS I SPENT LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEK DEALING WITH THIS.
